Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all US orders. Any shipping charges are always shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive an order confirmation email when you place your order, and another email with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery time
After shipping, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. During holidays and peak seasons, delivery may take a few extra days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.

Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address if your order hasn’t shipped yet. We’re unable to redirect packages once they’ve shipped.

Delayed, lost, or undelivered packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, email us at hello@aglowhealthstore.com with your name and order number. We’ll help locate it, and if it can’t be found, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds and our 60-day guarantee
Every order is backed by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, email us within 60 days of delivery and we’ll refund the product price. No return is needed. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
