Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

United States Shipping Rates

For orders shipped within the United States, we charge a standard flat shipping fee of $6.99.

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT once the shipment reaches your destination country. Aglow Health is not responsible for these additional charges. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please submit an inquiry through our Customer Support Form with your name and order number.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit an inquiry through our Customer Support Form with your order number and a photo of the item so we can review the issue.
