Why we started
Aglow Health was started by a woman in a busy season of life.
She was building her own business, a home care agency, and her husband was nearing retirement. With so much changing at once, the two of them started talking about the everyday habits they wanted to carry into their next chapter: regular mornings, simple routines, and fewer decisions to overthink.
