Track Your Order

How to track your package
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Click Track your order in that email to see your package’s latest status. You can also log in to your account to view your orders and tracking.

Please allow up to 48 hours after your shipping email for tracking information to appear. If you can’t find the email, check your spam or promotions folder.

What to expect

  • Order placed: You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away.
  • Processing (1–3 business days): We prepare your order for shipment. Processing doesn’t include weekends or holidays.
  • Shipped: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.
  • In transit (typically 5–10 business days): Your package is on its way. Tracking may not update every day, which is normal.
  • Delivered: Your package has arrived.

During holidays and peak seasons, delivery may take a few extra days.

Tracking hasn’t updated in a few days. Is that normal?
Yes, short gaps are common, especially when a package is moving between carriers or facilities. If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email us and we’ll look into it.

My package says delivered, but I can’t find it.
First, check around your property, with neighbors, and with anyone else at your address. Packages sometimes show as delivered up to a day early. If it still hasn’t turned up after 2 days, email us with your name and order number, and we’ll help locate it. If it can’t be found, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

I entered the wrong shipping address.
Email us as soon as possible. We can update the address if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Once it has shipped, we’re unable to redirect it.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Can’t find your tracking email?
Email us at hello@aglowhealthstore.com with your name and order number, and we’ll send your tracking details.
